Street jazz classes (ages 8 and up) – Saturdays from 15:00 PM to 16:00 PM / Advanced/Adults – Fridays from 19:30 PM to 20:30 PM

Latin dances, Fridays from 19pm to 20pm at the Vireux-Molhain sports hall or the Wallerand village hall
Swimming and aquagym improvement classes are held at the Vireux-Wallerand swimming pool every Tuesday from 7:00 PM to 7:45 PM, Thursday from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM.
Gym tonic, Mondays and Wednesdays from 19:30 p.m. to 20:30 p.m. at the Le Lien social center in Vireux-Wallerand
Zumba:
– Children: every Friday from 17:30 p.m. to 18:30 p.m. at the Vireux-Molhain sports hall
