Today, it's the tourist who's taking on Charlemont, a privileged witness to history. Discover, outdoors, on a marked trail, the Pointe-Est, the old village, and the superb viewpoints over the Meuse and Givet. The site has been protected as a Historic Monument since October 24, 1927. Self-guided and guided tours are available to discover the history of this emblematic place. The little train ride will also allow you to discover the powerful Western Front. Charlemont can also be explored through leisure activities. The accropierre: Live a unique experience on the ramparts (from 12 years old). Supervised rides on all-terrain electric scooters (from 12 years old). Laser tag in the commando combat village. Charlemont also has a program of events throughout the season; discover them via our website and social networks. NEW: A new escape game. Charlemont is open from April 5, 2025 to November 2, 2025 APRIL-MAY-OCTOBER and 1st weekend of NOVEMBER: Weekends and public holidays from 10:30 a.m. to 17:30 p.m. JUNE – JULY – AUGUST – SEPTEMBER: Wednesday to Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 18:30 p.m.
