La Chapelle Saint Anne
About
This chapel is very old, well sheltered at the top of La Vau (rue Emile Zola) in the town centre.
You can see its dapper altar, always well maintained. On the hanger above the door was an inscription with the word "Sainte-Anne" followed by: "Anne Catherine Darche, daughter of Guillaume Darche and Marie Barbe Baudet". "His passion was for her during the course of his life". Formerly, the young girls said to him: "Bonne Sainte Anne dol vau?"; "It's s't'in galant that I need". Free visit
