Fresque des Scailleteux
Fresco in homage to the Scailleteux, slate workers from the Fumay basin. Inaugurated in 1988, this fresco is the work of sculptor Georges-Armand FAVAUDON, a renowned artist.
It represents various phases of Slate work and symbolizes a real tribute to the miners of the Fumay basin.
This work made of slate and concrete is located avenue Jean Jaurès.
