1 - The Castle of the Counts of Bryas :
In 1689, the De Bryas family built this vast residence on the ruins of an old castle. Sold in 1815 to an entrepreneur who established a white lead and chicory factory there, it became in 1837 the property of the Sainte-Anne slate company until 1946, then an administrative center from 1951 to the present day.
The park is dominated by a sequoia tree given by Lafayette upon his return from the Americas.

This castle has been listed in the supplementary inventory of historical monuments since 1972.
2 - The bust of Martin Coupaye :
A local figure in the slate workers' union movement, Martin Coupaye (1866-1925) was one of the main actors who led to the promulgation of a law passed in 1920, linking slate workers to the pension scheme granted to coal miners.
The bust is the work of André Sauvant (member of the Society of Decorative Arts). It was unveiled on June 9, 1963.
3 - The Fresco of the Scailleteux :
The Fresco of the Slate Workers, begun in 1985, was inaugurated in 1988.
It is a bas-relief representing the work carried out by the slate workers underground and on the surface.
It is the work of Georges Favaudon, a sculptor originally from Aubrives.
4 - The Terne of The Hague :
Le Terne de l'Haye is a district located north of Fumay. It offers a lovely view of the Meuse and the entire Charnois region.
The word "terne" is a slate-working term meaning "mound of slate". This name is found between Rue JB Clément and Avenue Jean Jaurès (Terne Bauget) and also behind the church (Terne Gaspard).
