During its restoration, everything has been thought of to make you feel at home. The house is on 3 levels with an outdoor space also offering garden furniture allowing you to relax. The ground floor is a large living room organized around its rotating wood stove. On one side, the living room, combining modern and old furniture, will fulfill its comfort function with its electric sofa and its numerous armchairs allowing you to enjoy the reading corner (many books as well as historical books on the Ardennes) or the big screen 4K. From the living room, you can also relax to the rhythm of the waves of the Meuse with a direct view of the river or by listening to 33 rpm records on the vinyl turntable. On the other side, a fully equipped fitted kitchen with its large family table and stainless steel medallion chairs. An arcade machine is at your disposal for the pleasure of retro video games. A laundry area with toilet adjoins the kitchen. From the kitchen, you have access to an interior courtyard with its dining area, Weber barbecue or ceramic barbecue available, its relaxation area and its Zen space among the palm trees and its century-old olive tree. Not overlooked, the courtyard benefits from sunshine throughout the day. On the 1st floor, the two bedrooms, one overlooking the Meuse and the other overlooking the interior courtyard, have their own theme.
