9 km from the Chooz power station (10 minutes) and 1 minute from the greenway: 100m² house in Vireux-Wallerand with on the ground floor A bathroom, 40m² living room. Kitchen-living room-dining room + small garden-terrace-balcony-barbecue. Upstairs: 4 beds (1 bedroom with 1 double bed with bathroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed) + Including: Cleaning (leaving the premises at least a little decent), tourist tax, towels/sheets provided. Contract to be signed and deposit to be paid in advance, then on arrival: Deposit of €500 (if check, it will not be cashed) and an inventory will be made on arrival and departure. Price: One night: €100 (whether there are 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 of you). Decreasing rate if renting for a full week or a full month. The rates correspond to the full rental of the house. No rental by room.
