Ancien manège militaire

GIVET

Building constructed from blue Givet stone with a roof made of Fumay slate. Dating from the 1826th century (XNUMX), it was used for training horses and riders.

Porte de la ruelle Charles Quint

GIVET

Quai des Fours, between the building of the new medical center and the building that currently houses the Givet cell of the community tourist office, stands a magnificent blue stone door, whose restoration and lighting were brought about by the redevelopment of the quays in the early 2000s.

Fresque des Scailleteux

FUMAY

A fresco in tribute to the Scailleteux, slate quarries of the Fumay basin. Inaugurated in 1988, this fresco is the work of renowned sculptor Georges-Armand FAVAUDON.

Fort Condé

GIVET

Located on the road to Philippeville, the building dates from 1720. Originally built around a rock, it constituted an advanced defense of the Charlemont fort.

Notre-Dame de Lourdes

VIREUX MOLHAIN

Monument dedicated to "Our Lady of Lourdes" located on rue Gambetta in Vireux-Molhain.

Couvent des Récollectines

GIVET

This convent, founded in the 17th century by a letter patent from King Louis XIV, now houses an important cultural center which offers, among other things, thematic and permanent exhibitions (Gambier pipes).
